Google DeepMind's AlphaGenome Atlas team released a searchable 1-petabyte open database mapping the molecular effects of all 9 billion single-letter DNA changes in the human genome. It includes unified AVI mutation scores, a web portal, the AlphaGenome API, and an agent skill for AI agents.
