DeepMind releases AlphaGenome Atlas, AI predictions for all 9B human DNA point mutations

Google DeepMind announced it has used AI to predict the biological consequences of all 9 billion possible single-letter changes to the human genome, releasing the precomputed catalogue as AlphaGenome Atlas, freely available to academic researchers worldwide. The database maps what each single base substitution is likely to do, supporting variant interpretation and genomics research.
