DeepMind's AlphaGenome Atlas predicts impact of all 9 billion possible DNA letter changes

Google DeepMind used AlphaGenome to predict the molecular impact of every possible single-letter change in the human genome — all nine billion of them. AlphaGenome Atlas is a 1PB dataset pairing every possible nucleotide variant with an AlphaGenome Variant Impact (AVI) score, letting researchers instantly assess any variation. Coding and non-coding variants are available to researchers worldwide. The tool is not validated or approved for clinical use.
