Switch: open-source framework to connect Claude Code, Codex and custom agents to Slack and Teams

AI agents run everywhere—Claude Code on your laptop, Codex on a teammate's, custom agents on servers. A September 15 workshop will introduce Switch, an open-source framework that connects existing agents via the Switch Agent Protocol and provider-specific connectors to channels in Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, or Mattermost. The server is self-hostable, though connected apps and model providers remain part of the data path.
