Indie developer marclou announced he has made $3M across 36 startups, all built solo with an 85% margin and zero funding. After 5 years of failed entrepreneurship he took a job in 2021, got inspired by levelsio's journey, started shipping tiny products and writing about them. ShipFast, launched in 2023, brought his first million. Multiple users credit his transparency as the reason for their own businesses, including a $40k/month operation.
