- sethlazar called for a genuinely neutral harness with Codex-level capabilities plus API subsidy scope, arguing it would be highly valuable.
- joshalbrecht replied that his team is building something similar, but it can only exist as a "meta harness": it must directly run the original inner harness, otherwise the training-time subsidies aren't accessible.
