Astra agent inside Codex picks the same cancer sequencing variants a researcher would choose

Developer iskander, building Isovar (variant allele assembly tooling), added cancer sequencing data as test cases to study how mutant isoform assembly behaves on ONT and PacBio reads.
The work is being done by the Astra agent inside Codex, which immediately picked the three variants he would have chosen himself: DYNC1H1, EXOC4, and MAP2 fs. He also credits @sytses for making his data publicly available to the community.
