Developer QuixiAI says he was banned for the bogus reason of "distillation" — despite not distilling anything, not training models, and not publishing distillation datasets. He only released QuixiMath, a dataset he synthetically generated himself, and appeals route back to the same system.
The reblogger uses the case to argue for running open weights locally: if your whole workflow lives on one company's servers, one bad classifier flag can take you down.
