Yacine launches Dingcad: free CAD generation by pasting a prompt into Codex
yacineMTB · x · 2026-09-06
AI/CAD figure Yacine (yacineMTB) announced Dingcad: copy his prompt, paste it into Codex, and generate CAD shapes for free.
He argues models will keep getting faster, and soon the bottleneck to seeing shapes appear will be the CAD kernel itself rather than the model — an early demonstration of coding agents driving CAD modeling directly from prompts.
