Zvi publishes a capabilities review of Claude Fable 5.1 and GPT-6 Astra, calling it the weirdest review situation yet: two parties simultaneously introducing "the world's most powerful model by a substantial margin."
- Fable 5.1: reduced cache prices vs Fable 5, optional zero data retention, substantially more lenient classifiers; near-universally positive feedback except token use, described as highly well-rounded with greatly improved writing.
