Tencent's WeChat Vision releases WeVisOne-VL, unifying object- and pixel-level perception
jacek2023 · reddit · 2026-10-23
Tencent's WeChat Vision team has open-sourced WeVisOne-VL, a vision-language model built on Qwen3-VL (2B/4B variants) that unifies object-level perception (open-vocabulary detection, referring localization, counting, pointing, OCR) and pixel-level perception (referring segmentation, promptable alpha matting).
It achieves this via structured next-token prediction plus a lightweight 9.6M-parameter pixel decoder. Available on Hugging Face.
