Hermes Agent ships Bot Mode: named bot fleets that message each other directly

Nous Research's Hermes Agent introduces Bot Mode, turning agent profiles into a roster of named bots that can collaborate:
- A bot is a profile: each bot is an isolated Hermes profile with its own config, memory, skills and credentials under /.hermes/profiles/<name>/; the UI is just a layer on this primitive, and hermes -p <bot> chat opens the same canonical chat from the CLI.
- Bot-to-bot messaging: bots know their teammates via a live roster and use a messageagent tool to deliver messages, with replies arriving asynchronously as notifications attributed to the sender.
- Human handoff: typing "@ researcher have a look at this" makes the active bot compose its own message to the target bot.
- Headless support: the same bot chats work from the CLI, enabling unattended fleets on VPS.
