Codex community plans ~40 global meetups with hackathons and multi-agent workshops

The OpenAI Codex community has launched "Astra is here," a worldwide series of roughly 40 community-led meetups, with new cities added daily. Events kick off September 10 in Adelaide, Christchurch, Kochi, Munich and more. Formats include hands-on build nights, hackathons, workshops and demos covering everything from first setup to multi-agent workflows, plugins and automations. The full calendar is on Luma and anyone can submit an event.
