TotalSegmentator now predicts height, weight, age and sex from CT/MRI in under 30s on CPU

The open-source medical imaging tool TotalSegmentator can now automatically extract height, weight, age, and sex from CT and MRI scans in under 30 seconds using only a CPU. The project segments over 100 anatomical structures, was trained on 1,228 CT and 616 MR subjects, and offers code, a paper, a web app, and a 3D Slicer extension. A new vertebraepp task also greatly improves vertebrae segmentation.
