Stripe's Link agent wallet gets official docs: one-time credentials let agents pay online
jeff_weinstein · x · 2026-09-04
Link agent wallet, previously just a GitHub repo, now has an official Stripe docs page. Link CLI gives your agent access to a customer-controlled wallet: it can retrieve one-time-use payment credentials to complete purchases, plus permissioned financial data on spending, balances, and trends.
The docs cover hosted agent setup, OAuth, spend requests, searching products and paying via UCP, and monetizing MCP servers — point your coding tool at the page to add purchasing to your agent or app.
