Guardian: China's AI boom defies the doom-sayers as Europe eyes free models

In The Guardian, Larry Elliott argues that Western predictions of China's economic demise — overinvestment, debt, property collapse — have repeatedly missed the mark. China became the workshop of the world and has now built an AI revolution, including its first fully domestically produced 100,000-card AI supercluster, Sugon 8000, unveiled at the World AI Conference in Shanghai.
