Ex-HBS lecturer: give young talent AI, but teach them to question it

A former Harvard Business School lecturer argues that AI can deliver answers in seconds, but knowing when those answers are wrong takes years of experience. Writing about conversations with entrepreneurs on scaling businesses, he contends that great technology still needs people who understand the work. He says young talent should absolutely get AI tools, but must also be taught to question outputs and develop the judgment to spot when an answer doesn't make sense.
