Introducing Loupe: An open-source PR review agent

Inference.net released Loupe, a fully open-source and hackable PR review agent. It was built to address the wait times of existing tools like bugbot and to leverage custom models. Users can specify reviewers as JSON in their repo and customize workflows. Loupe works with OpenRouter or Inference.net and can be set up in 5 minutes.
