Vite 8 with Oxc reduces build time from 13s to 1s

The author shipped fbtee 3.1.0 with a native Oxc plugin via Vite. This allowed removing Babel from the Athena Crisis build pipeline. Benchmarks show that while Vite 7 with Babel took approximately 13 seconds to build, Vite 8 with Oxc takes just 1 second, resulting in a significant performance improvement.
