Cyborg cockroaches with cameras and syringes designed for rescue

Researchers at the University of Queensland and UNSW have developed 'paraborgs'—cyborg insects fitted with lightweight electronics, cameras, and miniature medical injectors. These giant burrowing cockroaches are designed to act as first responders in disaster zones, delivering emergency aid to trapped survivors in areas too dangerous for human rescuers.
