OpenWorker update adds built-in security agents for vulnerability and supply chain scanning
AndrewYNg · x · 2026-08-26
OpenWorker released a new version focusing on cybersecurity workflows. As an open-source agent that executes tasks locally, it now includes built-in security agents for: scanning code for vulnerabilities, checking dependencies for supply chain injections, and auditing cloud security configurations. Since its harness is fully open source, security teams can audit the code to ensure no backdoors exfiltrate data.
