- Current Trend: People are overwhelmed by spam (especially email). They will fight it with AI tools like GPT to auto-handle these messages.
- Future Paradigm: We are moving towards an agent-to-agent interaction model, where AI negotiates on your behalf.
- Outcome: Only complex exceptions and live human contact will reach people. While social norms will be obliterated in the interim, the end result of focusing human attention on complex tasks is positive.
