- December's top unique terms were energy-side: energy, power, supply, demand, megawatts, utility, rates, cost.
- By March, the conversation moved to health and quality of life: health jumped from 6 to 55 mentions, noise nearly tripled in relative frequency, with air, care, safety, family, and workers dominating.
- Enforceability language (binding, guarantee, promise, contract, penalty) nearly doubled.
- Mentions of water, tax, and property stayed flat.
Polls suggest opposition spiked around March, and the author reads the conversational shift as part of that national trend. Cited discussion notes public concerns are mostly local (noise, water, environment, electricity prices, NIMBY); only 11% hold a negative view of AI and 2% say it's bad for the economy.
