Agent hallucinations spread like wildfire; dev fixes it by disabling history saves

When running agent swarms, a single agent writing a wrong fact can cause it to be treated as truth, spreading like wildfire and leading to complete hallucinations and infinite loops. A developer's best attempt to fix this so far is to stop agents from saving history and 'learnings' files, as they are full of terrible stuff.
