Reverse-engineering Claude Code agents: CLI tool enables cross-agent communication

Claude Code introduced a feature for active agents to discover and talk to each other. A developer reverse-engineered this mechanism and built a CLI tool, allowing external agents and tools to communicate directly with Claude Code agents running on the local machine.
