ITSMBench Open Sourced: 50 Tasks for Multi-turn Agent Evaluation

Addressing the scarcity of open multi-turn environments for enterprise agents, the authors open-sourced ITSMBench, a dataset of 50 ITSM tasks with verifiers. Available on Harbor Hub and Prime Intellect's Environments Hub, it facilitates the evaluation and training of agents within existing evaluation and RL stacks, specifically targeting multi-turn interaction capabilities.
