No open-source for NVIDIA's AVO? Prime Intellect's Prime Agent is a close cousin
daniel_mac8 · x · 2026-08-22
AVO has no open-source codebase yet, but the poster points to Prime Intellect's open-source Prime Agent as conceptually similar. Prime Agent (17.6k stars) is a self-improving open-source coding and research agent built on two abstractions: the Recursive Language Model (RLM), which treats context as variables and tools as programmatic calls inside a persistent REPL; and the Continual Harness, which stores supplemental prompts and memories for long-running autonomous tasks. A good starting point for reproducing AVO-style agentic search.
