Built an agent with a psych profile config instead of a manual

Author built a writing review agent whose config is derived from user research (interviews, behavioral data) rather than a manual prompt. Seven agents analyzed different user angles (beliefs, needs, scars), distilled into a psych profile for an eighth agent. This agent reviews drafts with the persona of the target audience (cynical, technical), demonstrating that providing agents with the 'muscle memory' of a persona allows them to know exactly where to look.
