Build an Obsidian GTM vault with agent swarms: $0 to $10k MRR workflow
EXM7777 · x · 2026-08-20
The author shares a full workflow combining AI deep research + an Obsidian vault into a go-to-market machine:
- Research before notes: each topic (competitors, buyers, channels, pricing) gets a deep-research pass by a swarm of agents (Exa + /last30days + Firecrawl) that search, fetch and verify; every claim returns as a receipt with source and confidence tag—no opinions enter the vault.
- Atomize: each receipt becomes one small note, one fact per file, 50–150 words, typed frontmatter and 4–9 links to other notes; a 130-receipt research run becomes 130 notes instead of one unreadable doc.
- Organize by what the business knows: one folder per cluster (offer, buyers, voice, market map, prospects, signals, metrics…), each with a hub note indexing its contents.
