Hermes Agent integrates Spotify plugin, picks music while you work

The Hermes Agent plugin system demonstrates strong extensibility. Spotify is now a built-in tool; users simply toggle it on and log in once, allowing the agent to curate music while they work. For apps not yet covered, users can add them via the plugin system. This positions Hermes as a potential 'single app' for PC usage.
