Cognition claims Devin is now ready: the only limit is your ambition

Cognition co-founder Scott Wu reflected on the journey of Devin, an AI software engineer. Launched in 2024 when it wasn't quite ready, the team chose the 'ambition-maximizing' path. Wu states that Devin has now matured to the point where it works as envisioned, turning the constraint into the user's willingness to aim high.
