MiniMax Music Optimized: 3x Faster on Low-VRAM PCs

An optimized implementation of MiniMax Music (WanGP) was tested, featuring 3x faster generation via the vllm engine. A 120-second song was generated in 5m 20s on an A4500 GPU. The tool supports local deployment on low-VRAM PCs (6GB+).
