WanGP adds MiniMax Music support: a 2-minute song in 5m20s, prompting is everything
cocktailpeanut · x · 2026-08-18
Pinokio creator cocktailpeanut reports that WanGP now supports MiniMax Music, and it's faster than any other implementation he's tried—a 2-minute song generated in 5 minutes 20 seconds (update WanGP to the latest version to see it).
He stresses that output quality depends entirely on prompt quality. Prompts are split into two parts: Lyrics should contain purely the lyrics, while the Production prompt describes how they should be sung—follow the official prompting guide on Hugging Face.
