Enterprise AI Adoption Curve: Six Stages of Brand Asset Automation
briannekimmel · x · 2026-08-14
The author shares an AI adoption curve proposed by @floraai, advising companies to use the framework to evaluate their current state and future goals for team and agent collaboration. The model divides enterprise AI asset production into six progressive stages:
- Hand-made: Hero assets where craft is the whole point and volume is low.
- Human-led, AI-assisted: AI provides raw material in isolated tasks, which humans react to and finish manually.
- AI-drafted, Human-assisted: AI generates bulk variations, and humans correct the misses.
- Human-directed, AI-produced: AI handles the full rollout across channels based on one approved campaign.
- Orchestrated: AI generates all versions for multiple campaigns in parallel, self-checking and surfacing only questionable assets.
- Encoded: The entire brand is encoded as a machine-readable system, allowing any agent to build coherent assets from a single prompt.
