Anthropic has updated its Slack integration, Claude Tag, transforming it from a passive responder into a smarter proactive participant. Claude can now leverage context across the entire channel, its memory, and standing instructions to decide when to contribute.
According to official data, the new mechanism improves the accuracy of proactive response decisions by roughly 30% and reduces unprompted messages by 45%. Additionally, this context processing is currently free and does not count toward usage or spend limits on any plan.
