Enterprise AI Transformation Is Harder Than Just Building Agents

True transformation requires answering critical questions: Where and how do people work? Do we care about audibility, evals, and governance? Should we restructure workflows or just speed up existing ones? Do we need new UIs or should we meet users where they are? What about adoption and feedback loops? The right approach is to focus on business outcomes first, then technology.
