Tech Managers Who Don't Understand AI Are the Biggest Corporate Risk

A tech professional points out that the biggest risk for tech companies today is managers who fail to grasp AI. Many managers are accustomed to routine execution, filling their calendars with meetings and alignment, without deeply integrating AI into their workflows.
Consequently, they cannot properly support their teams in AI adoption or assess members' AI capabilities. Another manager agrees, noting that AI changes how context is passed. Managers should no longer be bottlenecks; instead, they should leverage AI to prototype new directions and ship code.
