K-Scale Founder Reveals Being Pushed to Shut Down by YC Partner Before Turnaround

The partner argued that competitor Dyna was a better investment and that K-Scale didn't have enough traction, suggesting Bolte try to hit $1M in real revenue first—a path Bolte couldn't see at the moment. Despite the pressure and lucrative job offers, he chose to push forward.
