Researcher Calls for Adding Theory of Mind Environments to Next-Gen LLM Training

A user suggests adding a theory of mind environment to the many environments used for RL training of next-generation LLMs. Frontier models are upsettingly bad at putting themselves in others' shoes, including their past or future selves, but this seems RL-able.
They also comment that much of what gains traction in AI is increasingly a lightly-veiled quasi-technical meme or shallow dunk, lamenting the loss of substance on X.
