Alta Partners with Rent the Runway for AI Styling and Avatars

AI styling app Alta has partnered with Rent the Runway (RTR) to introduce an AI-driven styling experience across RTR's product pages. The integration generates outfits for various occasions and uses AI avatars to help customers visualize styling options and find matching items.
The collaboration currently features six generic avatars ranging in size from 2 to 12. Founded in 2023, Alta has raised over $11 million from investors including Aglaé Ventures, Karlie Kloss, and DoorDash CEO Tony Xu.
