Garment Factory Deploys 200 Humanoid Robots with VLA Model for Flexible Fabric Sewing

CyberRobooo · x · 2026-08-11

Anhui Sanrong Hengfeng Garments is introducing 200 humanoid robots supplied by Aitu Technology, a subsidiary of Jack Technology.

Powered by a proprietary Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model specialized for garment sewing, these wheeled humanoids can understand, plan, and autonomously execute tasks like picking, aligning, and handling fabric pieces. They will work alongside AI sewing machines to automate repetitive tasks such as loading machines and attaching pockets. As younger workers shift away from factory jobs, humanoid robots are becoming a natural next step for the manufacturing industry.
