LLM Capabilities Level Out: Labs Must Compete on Integration and Personality

As models become more powerful, riskier capabilities will be tiered or held back for security reasons rather than shipped to everyone.
Consequently, raw LLM capability will become less differentiating at the consumer level. AI labs will have to differentiate their offerings through integration, ease of use, and even distinct personality traits.
