Andrew Ng: AI Won't Eliminate the Skills Gap, Effective Users Will Pull Ahead

Speaking at AI4, Andrew Ng argued that simply having access to AI will not eliminate the skills gap. Instead, those who learn to use AI effectively and work alongside it will gain a significant competitive advantage.
He emphasized that we are entering an era where AI skills become fundamental human skills. Rather than viewing AI as a threat, people should actively learn the tools to expand what they can accomplish.
