Scholar Brendan Nyhan's MacBook Pro keeps dropping its Wi-Fi connection. After trying everything, he sought help from Claude Code and Codex. The two AI coding agents collaborated to write a monitoring program, but ultimately failed to solve the issue. Claude Code suggested the problem might be caused by conflicts with CrowdStrike Falcon or GlobalProtect.
With the issue still unresolved, the author is offering a $100 charity donation reward for an expert who can help fix the problem.
