New MCP Proposal: Shift to Stateless Default for Better Scalability

The Linux Foundation shared updates on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), specifically proposal SEP-2575 which aims to make MCP stateless by default.
Currently, MCP requires an initialization handshake that establishes a session state, making it difficult to run MCP servers behind standard load balancers. The new proposal outlines changes to embrace a 'pay as you go' model for protocol complexity, providing simple, stateless features by default and only introducing the overhead of state when necessary.
