Spotify Engineering has launched Xirp, a vendor-neutral agentic development environment. It provides a unified interface to manage agent sessions across multiple AI models, currently supporting Claude Devs, Gemini CLI, and OpenAI Codex.
Over 1,300 Spotify engineers are already using the tool internally for their daily coding workflows. Xirp is now available for the broader developer community to try.
