Chinese Makers Hit 97% of Humanoid Robot Shipments, Agibot Leads

Chinese manufacturers accounted for over 97% of global humanoid robot shipments in the first half of 2026, totaling roughly 19,100 units—a more than threefold increase from the previous year, according to Smart Analytics Global.
Shanghai-based Agibot led the market with 8,400 units (44% share), followed by Hangzhou-based Unitree Robotics at 5,900 units. Separately, Unitree's recent Shanghai IPO was roughly 5,526 times oversubscribed by retail investors.
