Romania Ranks 4th at the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence

At the recent International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI) held in Kazakhstan, all eight Romanian high school students won medals (3 gold, 2 silver, 3 bronze), securing 4th place globally.
The competition hosted 500 students from over 100 countries. Participants faced grueling 6-hour challenges over two days, testing both their theoretical AI knowledge and practical problem-solving abilities. Romania's performance placed it ahead of countries like the US, UK, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, France, and Germany.
