AI Overreliance Breeds 'Human Zombies' Who Blindly Copy-Paste Outputs

The author points out that a growing number of people are blindly copying and pasting content into AI assistants and regurgitating their outputs. This trend is degrading users into 'zombies' who have absolutely no clue what the AI is actually doing. Worse still, the models themselves frequently spew technical jargon that they are fundamentally clueless about, further exacerbating the mindless reliance.
