Claude Code Sessions Can Now Message Each Other for Collaboration
daniel_mac8 · x · 2026-08-08
Claude Code officially announced that its sessions can now message each other.
- Feature Details: Instead of re-explaining context in another session, users can tell Claude to send a summary (not the full history or files). The Claude in the other session can then pick up and process this message mid-task.
- Update: Users can run claude update to access this feature. This enables multiple Claude instances to collaborate on complex workflows.
